Notice of objection to image, audio and biometric processing
I am the person wearing or displaying this notice on my "No Recording" T-Shirt or badge.
I object to the capture, storage, publication, sharing, monetisation, profiling, facial recognition, biometric processing, AI analysis, AI training, and direct marketing use of my image, likeness, voice, gait, face geometry, or other identifying data.
This notice is made under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, public task, research, profiling, or direct marketing, this is an objection under Article 21 UK GDPR.
No consent is given for:
- Facial recognition or biometric identification;
- Upload to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, or other platforms;
- Use in AI datasets, model training, annotation, evaluation, or synthetic media generation;
- Commercial, promotional, advertising, influencer, or direct marketing use;
- Publication where I am identifiable, except where a lawful exemption clearly applies.
If you have recorded me, please delete or blur my image and audio unless you can identify a lawful basis overriding this objection.
